No such thing as silly questions!

1. There is nowhere geared toward laundering, but characters won't have to make do unless they really feel like they have to. Changing clothes and putting away anything that's soiled (either in the duffel bag or locker or just leaving them in a pile somewhere to... disappear and end up in the lost and found...) for a few hours at least will mean the next time that set of clothes is pulled out, it'll be clean, by the same mysterious circumstances that makes characters clean the first time they show up and every time after returning from stories and/or death.

2. It is simultaneously large and small. Characters can walk in one direction away from the library for as long as they like, and will keep seeing new-but-similar landscaping, but when they turn around to go back, they'll always be just a football field-length away from the building. There are fountains in the park, and one particularly large one between the main doors gets to be around three feet deep in the center, but that's as deep as the water will go. There's no wildlife outside.

3. That's right! The park will have a slightly more alive energy, because of all the plants, but it will mostly feel like an extension of the library itself.

4. Perpetual autumn afternoon! No sunrises or sunsets, but the light can be either bright sunshine or that reddish glow that comes when sunset is soon but not-quite started. Sometimes this changes within moments, from looking out one window to looking out another, though it won't change for anyone who is outside.

5. There are no sunsets, so there are no night skies!
